Hundreds of swimmers from across Israel make their way to the beautiful beaches of Tel Aviv for the open water Port2Port swimming event.
Port 2 Port Swim connects 3 ports and marine anchors along the Tel Aviv and Jaffa shoreline. (Jaffa Port, Tel Aviv Marina and Tel Aviv Port)
The long swimming route is 4.5 km long and is located between Alma Beach and Charles Klor Beach, on the outskirts of Jaffa Port, on the outskirts of Tel Aviv Port.
The route of the ointment passes west of Charles Klor Beach and the Charles Klor Park to the Dolphinarium, Kerem Hatemanim neighborhood and the Carmel Market, continuing along the best beaches of Tel Aviv and the Herbert Samuel Promenade, adjacent to the west of the breakwater line (apart from Aviv (Banana Beach) Bograshov Beach, Frishman Beach, Gordon Beach, Tel Aviv Marina, Hilton Beach, The Dogs Beach, the separate Nordau Beach, and the end of Metzitzim Beach.
The swimmers in the long run will have time scales and the winner will be crowned the "hampion of the harbor".
The short swim track is a 1.8 km (1 mile) race between Gordon Beach near Tel Aviv Marina and Mitzitzim Beach, adjacent to the Tel Aviv Port.
